  1. Cash Flow / Planner

    Create a cash flow / planner that shows daily bank cash balance, upcoming daily expenses based on past history or input. The purpose is to see how much cash is needed to cover upcoming expenses, will there be enough cash or which day the cash will run out.

  2. Highlight on clickable field or requested field on Client portal

    The issue is that sometimes the client gets confused about which field they need to update, especially when coding for Sales Receipts. We've received many tickets from the team saying they can't choose the account for a Sales Receipt, but in reality, they need to select the product/service. It would be helpful if you could highlight the clickable field that the client needs to choose. For example, when we ask the client for the account and class, the system should highlight the Account and Class fields for Deposits and Expenses, and highlight the Product/Service field for Sales Receipts.

  3. Calendar View for To-Do Items

    In addition to the list, we'd like to be able to view a calendar view of the items and maybe able to drag them to different days right from there. Is that something Xenett could do?

  4. Due date based on business day

    Hi, can we be able to set due dates based on business day instead of having to set an actual date. Example; we close client books by the 10th business day which the actual day of the month is different each month. If that's not possible, it would be helpful to be able to update the due dates for all clients at once.

  6. Desktop version for xenett with real-time pop up notifications

    Sometimes email notifications have delay, We noticed that when someone messages us through the portal we won't get notified until 30 mins - 1 hr later. Also, there is no sound when notification comes through. Sometimes we open lots of windows that it's hard to find the xenett website. I suggest there is an option to download desktop app for windows/mac so we can easily pin the xenett app in the taskbar and will also have option to get notification with sound like a ding or something and there is also an option to mute it. It would also be helpful to see the number of notifications if notification is enabled in the desktop app something like slack, please see attached screenshot. Thanks!

  7. Push notifications for the app when client questions are emailed or a way to send notifications through the app.

    It would be beneficial for those clients that use the app to know when a question is posted. Otherwise they just have to think to check the app or see the email. One of our clients prefers to use the app exclusively instead of checking her email.

  8. Message All Client Contacts

    We'd like to message all client portal user contacts at once, for things like holiday announcements. A mass contact message tool would be great!

  9. Client Portal Announcements

    It would be really helpful if we had the option to have an announcement banner or section in the client portal. Out of Office notices, friendly reminders about important deadlines, etc. This would be extremely helpful as another way to manage client expectations. With this, we would be able to route clients directly to the portal for full collaboration, rather than relying on email, which is what we are trying to move away from. The goal is to have a single central location for client communication.

  11. Permissions for client portal users (Visibility for non-owner users)

    It would be helpful to be able to do a few things: Mass edit questions (I added a new client user and had to manually edit all of my questions to include or exclude her, as well as making them private so it worked right) I would like to set questions to private by default. That way if we have client user changes it is easier to accomodate. I would like to set client users to have default permissions. For example, the new user only needs access to specific questions. If she was disabled by default I could manually add her to the ones she has the right to view, instead of having to disable her from most of them. In order to modify resolved questions, I had to reopen them. This was an issue because the new user didn't need access to most of the older resolved questions, but there were 119 questions on her "responded" tab that were resolved on my end. So to hide them from her I had to reopen them, make the changes, then resolve again. Or just delete entirely.

  12. Sync Files/Folders with Google Drive

    It would be awesome if we could have each client's files/folders synced with their client folders in Google Drive. A two way folder sync would be AMAZING but one way would work for now. Right now, I have to download the client docs to my computer then upload them to G Drive.

  13. Have the status automatically switch to "In Progress" when work starts on a monthly close

    When someone starts working on a monthly close, have the status automatically switch to "In Progress". Thanks

  14. Mobile App view for accountant/bookkeeper

    The client portal app is great, but it would also be nice to have an app on the bookkeeper/accountant side. This would help be able to respond to client questions, etc on the fly. Logging in to Xenett on the mobile web browser works, but is sometimes difficult to see everything.

  15. White Labeling - Color Picker

    It would be nice to have the option to set our brand colors in the color picker so we were able to access them faster.
