At present, the client's comments can be added to the transaction memo directly in QuickBooks individually but the option to add them in bulk will be great.

Client Request List for Documents/Info.
Ability to create a list of documents/items needed from the client to complete the bookkeeping/reconciliation and send to the client's portal. This checklist would be good for documents such as bank statements or other various items needed to request on a recurring basis. It would be great if the feature could be in the form of a checklist and as documents are submitted, the item is marked as submitted/completed, on both the client portal and accountant portal. Also, it would be beneficial to have this feature with the option to set to recurring (monthly, quarterly, etc.). Also, once it is received by the accountant the ability to remove it from the portal for accountants who store documents in a different software or on their own servers.

Highlight on clickable field or requested field on Client portal
The issue is that sometimes the client gets confused about which field they need to update, especially when coding for Sales Receipts. We've received many tickets from the team saying they can't choose the account for a Sales Receipt, but in reality, they need to select the product/service. It would be helpful if you could highlight the clickable field that the client needs to choose. For example, when we ask the client for the account and class, the system should highlight the Account and Class fields for Deposits and Expenses, and highlight the Product/Service field for Sales Receipts.

Receipt Management
Anyone who manages receipts for clients would benefit rather than having to use hubdoc or a similar service. If the clients could easily upload them into their portal, they could be stored in a receipt folder where we could add tags to them and attach them to a corresponding expense.

The ability for clients to split totals between accounts and classes
Many times, clients require a transaction total to be split across a couple of accounts and classes, and right now can only use comments to indicate that. Having the split option available would make their process more efficient and accurate, and increase their satisfaction with the Portal.

Intercompany Balance Checks
We have multiple related companies that have inter-company balances (due to/due from). It would be really great to have a screen where we could see the accounts side by side for each client. For example, we'd see the "Due To" from one set of books next to the "Due From" from the other company books. All the info should already be in Xenett since both companies are linked.

Message All Client Contacts
We'd like to message all client portal user contacts at once, for things like holiday announcements. A mass contact message tool would be great!

Client Portal Announcements
It would be really helpful if we had the option to have an announcement banner or section in the client portal. Out of Office notices, friendly reminders about important deadlines, etc. This would be extremely helpful as another way to manage client expectations. With this, we would be able to route clients directly to the portal for full collaboration, rather than relying on email, which is what we are trying to move away from. The goal is to have a single central location for client communication.

Ability to create a task to download statements for all bank and credit card accounts.
This would ideally work like GL Rec where Xenett creates a task for all bank accounts. This is helpful when we have an admin person log into clients' bank to retrieve statement and keep the statement gathering task separate from the reconciliation task

Make the coding process quicker by tabbing to the next field
A client is looking to make the coding process quicker by tabbing to the next field to code instead of having to click in a neutral space on the screen, waiting for updating coding to be reflected, then clicking on the next field to code.

Show Completed
Can we please have our selection remembered? Each time I click out and then back into a project, I have to re-click "show completed". I believe this is how things worked before the most recent update. Thank you!

Customize Client Overview in Portal
We would like to have a customizable client overview section that can be included in each client portal. We want to be able to link folders and files in our external file system (such as forecasts, meeting notes, etc.), which may be private to that client, and update them in real-time. This would eliminate the need to download a copy and then upload it to their files in Xenett. We also have client guides that we would like to include a document link to for them to refer to.

Ability to pin comments for TASKS similar to pinning for REPORTS
Pinned comments would be a great way to advise of recurring points of interest (ie payroll picks up in certain months based on commission/bonus payouts, revenue increases due to contract renewals) and would help avoid the same note being made multiple months when it's more of a standard process for particular areas

Calendar View for To-Do Items
In addition to the list, we'd like to be able to view a calendar view of the items and maybe able to drag them to different days right from there. Is that something Xenett could do?
