  1. GL Consistency Review - One Time Ignore for Irregular Transaction

    When Setting Up the Configuration there are times that for a Supplier there is a Irregular Entry Made to a Different Account and you want to leave it that way but still clear it from the GL Consistency Review as it is reviewed. The key is that You also want it to be flagged if any future entries end up in this account. If you had an "Accept Once Time" or "Ignore Irregularity" Button that would be super helpful! It would allow the items to show as reviewed and cleared from the overall list, but at the same time the system would still flag entries here in future months.

  2. Customizable Client Dashboard

    Add a section on the client Dashboard where you can store additional information about the client for easy access i.e. contact information, business number, due dates, links, notes, etc. that you need to refer to regularly while working on the client.

  3. Receipt Management

    Anyone who manages receipts for clients would benefit rather than having to use hubdoc or a similar service. If the clients could easily upload them into their portal, they could be stored in a receipt folder where we could add tags to them and attach them to a corresponding expense.

  4. Calendar View for To-Do Items

    In addition to the list, we'd like to be able to view a calendar view of the items and maybe able to drag them to different days right from there. Is that something Xenett could do?

  6. Intercompany Balance Checks

    We have multiple related companies that have inter-company balances (due to/due from). It would be really great to have a screen where we could see the accounts side by side for each client. For example, we'd see the "Due To" from one set of books next to the "Due From" from the other company books. All the info should already be in Xenett since both companies are linked.

  7. AR/AP Report Linked to QBO

    When viewing the AR/AP reports in Xenett, you can only see what the amounts are. To research further you have to go to QBO, it would be nice if the report allowed you the option to "View in QuickBooks" once you click on the amount past due/over due. This would connect you to the QuickBooks account and pull up the outstanding bills/invoices in Quickbooks that you clicked on so you can research further.

  8. Archive Clients

    It would be great to be able to Archive clients that we are no longer engaged with, so that we don't have to pay for them but at the least, all the communications and the To-do's are saved.

  10. 1099 Module - add expenses coded to BS accounts and have a month end report to show new vendors and 1099 fields

    Hi Support! We are trying out the 1099 feature and have some things we wish to be included for a more efficient use: To show all cash disbursements including those coded to Balance Sheet accounts To have a month end report that shows both New Vendors (for W9 review) and 1099 fields (to designate 1099 eligible and W9 on file) Looking forward to your response.   11. File Upload Notification

    I'd like the "Receive an email notification whenever the client user responds to a question or sends a request within the past hour." to be updated to include when the client uploads a document to the new files section.

  12. Ability to designate vendor as not 1099 Applicable?

    Add option '1099 Not Applicable' to designate that a determination has been made. Currently, if the field '1099 Applicable?' is blank, user may not be sure whether 1099 is really not applicable or if we're still trying to determine whether 1099 is applcable.

  15. The ability for clients to split totals between accounts and classes

    Many times, clients require a transaction total to be split across a couple of accounts and classes, and right now can only use comments to indicate that. Having the split option available would make their process more efficient and accurate, and increase their satisfaction with the Portal.
