  1. Export internal comments

    I really need to be able to export these internal comments. I'm trying to monitor how accurate my team is. This is one way of figuring out if they are having issues. I'd like to be able to download this from the main dashboard and from the client level. What I'm trying to do is print the review points. We use the internal comments to keep track of things that we find and need to be corrected or just to ask questions of the other team members.

  2. Quarterly Comparison Balance Sheet

    I am not seeing an option for the Financials Review or the Publish Reports to show current quarter vs. prior quarter balance sheet reports. I do see an option for this for the P&L reports, but the balance sheet only allows you to view current month vs. prior month or prior year with variances.

  3. See all registered client users under firm settings in one list

    Instead of going to each client file and then settings to see the clients specifically registered to that company, I'd like to be able to see a master list of all my client users under the firm settings (name/email/assignment- basically the same as our staff members) so we can get a high level overview and make sure inactive users are removed.

  4. Allow QBO reports and PDF documents to be included in Publish Reports

    The reports you allow to be included in a Published report is very limited. For example, there aren't any sales reports. I can't include an inventory report. Also, I create reports outside the accounting system like a KPI dashboard and charts. If your system accepted a PDF file then I could include them.

  5. Task section reports: Add Columns for Amount Balances & Files

    When we pull a report from the Tasks section in Xenett, we can see the notes, but not the balances. It would be really helpful if the balances were included, since that would make the notes easier to understand. Right now, we have to pull extra reports just to see the balances.It would also be great to have a column in the Files section that shows whether a file is attached or not, so we can quickly tell if there’s supporting documentation for a balance.

  6. Create Client Tasks from Emails

    We need to be able to create tasks from emails. When a client emails asking for something to be done, instead of manually creating that in Xenett, we want to auto create the task from the email.

  7. More date options in the P&L

    Specifically, I'd like to run the P&L for the current TTM and compare to the previous TTM. But also more options to run comparative financials beyond the standard options currently available.

  8. GST/HST column for transaction questions

    In order for Canadians to serve clients effectively and efficiently when we ask clients transaction questions we need to be able to change sales tax as needed. This will also need to part of your receipt module if you want any Canadians to sign up. For us sales tax management is deal breaker.

  9. Highlight on clickable field or requested field on Client portal

    The issue is that sometimes the client gets confused about which field they need to update, especially when coding for Sales Receipts. We've received many tickets from the team saying they can't choose the account for a Sales Receipt, but in reality, they need to select the product/service. It would be helpful if you could highlight the clickable field that the client needs to choose. For example, when we ask the client for the account and class, the system should highlight the Account and Class fields for Deposits and Expenses, and highlight the Product/Service field for Sales Receipts.

  10. Receipt Management

    Anyone who manages receipts for clients would benefit rather than having to use hubdoc or a similar service. If the clients could easily upload them into their portal, they could be stored in a receipt folder where we could add tags to them and attach them to a corresponding expense.

  11. The ability to add client's note to the transaction memo in bulk

    At present, the client's comments can be added to the transaction memo directly in QuickBooks individually but the option to add them in bulk will be great.

  12. Calendar View for To-Do Items

    In addition to the list, we'd like to be able to view a calendar view of the items and maybe able to drag them to different days right from there. Is that something Xenett could do?

  13. The ability for clients to split totals between accounts and classes

    Many times, clients require a transaction total to be split across a couple of accounts and classes, and right now can only use comments to indicate that. Having the split option available would make their process more efficient and accurate, and increase their satisfaction with the Portal.

  14. GL Consistency Review - One Time Ignore for Irregular Transaction

    When Setting Up the Configuration there are times that for a Supplier there is a Irregular Entry Made to a Different Account and you want to leave it that way but still clear it from the GL Consistency Review as it is reviewed. The key is that You also want it to be flagged if any future entries end up in this account. If you had an "Accept Once Time" or "Ignore Irregularity" Button that would be super helpful! It would allow the items to show as reviewed and cleared from the overall list, but at the same time the system would still flag entries here in future months.

  15. Due date based on business day

    Hi, can we be able to set due dates based on business day instead of having to set an actual date. Example; we close client books by the 10th business day which the actual day of the month is different each month. If that's not possible, it would be helpful to be able to update the due dates for all clients at once.
