1. Command Center

Press Cmd+K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows to open a quick-access pop-up from anywhere in Xenett. Navigate to any page, create a task or project, or chat with support.

2. Quick Client Switch

A new shortcut, Cmd+J on Mac or Ctrl+J on Windows, opens your client list directly so you can jump into a specific project and tab in seconds. Switching between clients is now much faster.

3. Client-Visible Attachments & Questions on Reports

Documents and questions attached to an account now appear on the reports you publish to clients. Clients can also ask their own questions directly from the report, making review conversations easier to follow.

4. Notes on Questions

A new Note tab next to the question tab on any account. Use it for remarks or observations that don't need a client answer, instead of forcing it into a question.

5. Comments Filter & Excel Export

Filter comments by who created them, and export the full comments list to Excel for further sorting and analysis.

6. Cleaner Client Questions View

The Questions tab now separates client context from client questions. Outside a specific client, you see a summary of all your clients; clicking into one takes you straight to that client's questions much easier to scan across many clients.
