Submit IdeaExport 1099 Configuration Settings for Review
Would it be possible to export the details of the filters applied to the 1099 module to pdf or excel? Our 1099 and new vendor review process has been VASTLY improved using this feature in Xenett! Part of our current process requires a review to go through excel exports from the 1099 module in Xenett to review the accountant's work. One of the things we don't see is how they've filtered and what they've excluded. If we could get that info into one file for the reviewers, they'd be so happy. Thanks!

Notification QBO disconnect
Need to have admin notified of QBO connection losts, as clients can not access the client portal and their question when QBO is disconnected. TY

Complete Project When Financials are Published
Once I publish the financials to my client the month end is complete. I now have to remember to go up and mark the project complete after publishing. Like the new feature that puts the project into "In Progress" once you are working on a task, this would mark the project complete upon publishing of the financials.

The system must allow selecting entire account categories so newly added accounts are automatically included in review checkpoints.
In certain review points like entries without a class, credit to expenses, debit to income etc. We should be able to select all income, expenses, other income, other expenses and as new accounts are added it should select those accounts. Currently, the system requires us to manually reselect the section to mark new accounts. There should be a way to select entire account categories—specifically Income, Expenses, Other Income, and Other Expenses—so that any new accounts created in the future are automatically selected and included in the review point.

Import trial balances for clients not in QBO
We would like to use the close feature for all of our clients which include some not in QBO. If we were able to upload a trial balance that would then refresh the GL balances, we can reconcile all of our balance sheet accounts in Xenett.

Task Descriptions when you add them ask if we can apply to this project or this project and future projects
We are an outsourced accounting firm. We are closing April for a new client so the closing might take 6-8 weeks. We are adding in our task descriptions and checklist, but we need to rollfoward to May to be able to check our daily work. That means as we continue to close April those descriptions will need to be re-added to May. Can we get an option similar to adding a new manager to ask if we can get those descriptions added to future period as well so we do not have to re-add.

Upgrade Financial Reports
There are a number of things I think you could do to greatly improve the financial reporting aspect of Xenett: Column and report headings should be at the top of every page.Print wide reports in Landscape. I created an income statement that shows 12 consecutive months, but it prints in Portrait. Because everything is compressed and smaller, it's harder to read and interpret.Either be able to use Custom Reports you've already created in QB, or be able to create your own through Xenett. I can't for example create any sales reports or any reports that don't conform to the standard P&L structure.Be able to create charts based on cash flow or customers or any other data field.Be able to insert any PDF document you've created outside Xenett.When writing text, be able to change fonts and fond sizes, add bold, italics, etc. Add numbering or bullets. Basically, I want to have at least some formatting controls you commonly find in MS Word.

Adding Due Date feature to Uncategorized/Transaction questions
There is a due date feature when asking general questions, but we would like the option to also be able to add a due date for Uncategorized transaction questions. This would help improve response time from clients.

Color the field that requires clients feedback
Hi guys, It seems that lots of my clients don't actually READ the question I pose, and always think that I am asking for support docs. Would it be possible at all, that when I ask them to update the Customer, or the Class etc, that a coloured box appears around the dropdown for the information I am requesting? Something like this: This would also be really great when there are transactions where I need a lot of info - frequently I need the account, the customer, the class, and the support documentation. If each of these could be highlighted in a different colour, at least they would see all of the spots that I need them to fill in the blanks! Is anything like this possible?

Receipt Management
Anyone who manages receipts for clients would benefit rather than having to use hubdoc or a similar service. If the clients could easily upload them into their portal, they could be stored in a receipt folder where we could add tags to them and attach them to a corresponding expense.

Archive Clients
It would be great to be able to Archive clients that we are no longer engaged with, so that we don't have to pay for them but at the least, all the communications and the To-do's are saved.

Calendar View for To-Do Items
In addition to the list, we'd like to be able to view a calendar view of the items and maybe able to drag them to different days right from there. Is that something Xenett could do?

The ability for clients to split totals between accounts and classes
Many times, clients require a transaction total to be split across a couple of accounts and classes, and right now can only use comments to indicate that. Having the split option available would make their process more efficient and accurate, and increase their satisfaction with the Portal.

Due date based on business day
Hi, can we be able to set due dates based on business day instead of having to set an actual date. Example; we close client books by the 10th business day which the actual day of the month is different each month. If that's not possible, it would be helpful to be able to update the due dates for all clients at once.

GL Consistency Review - One Time Ignore for Irregular Transaction
When Setting Up the Configuration there are times that for a Supplier there is a Irregular Entry Made to a Different Account and you want to leave it that way but still clear it from the GL Consistency Review as it is reviewed. The key is that You also want it to be flagged if any future entries end up in this account. If you had an "Accept Once Time" or "Ignore Irregularity" Button that would be super helpful! It would allow the items to show as reviewed and cleared from the overall list, but at the same time the system would still flag entries here in future months.
