  1. Export internal comments

    I really need to be able to export these internal comments. I'm trying to monitor how accurate my team is. This is one way of figuring out if they are having issues. I'd like to be able to download this from the main dashboard and from the client level. What I'm trying to do is print the review points. We use the internal comments to keep track of things that we find and need to be corrected or just to ask questions of the other team members.

  2. Quarterly Comparison Balance Sheet

    I am not seeing an option for the Financials Review or the Publish Reports to show current quarter vs. prior quarter balance sheet reports. I do see an option for this for the P&L reports, but the balance sheet only allows you to view current month vs. prior month or prior year with variances.

  3. Have the status automatically switch to "In Progress" when work starts on a monthly close

    When someone starts working on a monthly close, have the status automatically switch to "In Progress". Thanks

  4. Cash Flow / Planner

    Create a cash flow / planner that shows daily bank cash balance, upcoming daily expenses based on past history or input. The purpose is to see how much cash is needed to cover upcoming expenses, will there be enough cash or which day the cash will run out.

    Would it be possible to request personal to-do's be considered at some point? We have this in Asana and are moving all of our tasks to Xenett and we would love to work only in one system for To-Do's

  6. QOL Update: Using Tab to switch between fields in the portal

    I have gotten feedback from clients that use Tab to move between fields quickly in other software and they asked if that could be added here for a better quality of life.

  7. Ability to create client proposal

    Ability to create client proposals and accept payments on the proposal. Would be nice as we seek an all-in-one solution.

  8. See all registered client users under firm settings in one list

    Instead of going to each client file and then settings to see the clients specifically registered to that company, I'd like to be able to see a master list of all my client users under the firm settings (name/email/assignment- basically the same as our staff members) so we can get a high level overview and make sure inactive users are removed.

  9. Allow QBO reports and PDF documents to be included in Publish Reports

    The reports you allow to be included in a Published report is very limited. For example, there aren't any sales reports. I can't include an inventory report. Also, I create reports outside the accounting system like a KPI dashboard and charts. If your system accepted a PDF file then I could include them.

  10. Only let Admin add Sections within Projects

    With all team members being able to add them we are finding that we have duplicates. This is due to some individuals misspelling things or just not looking at the list.

  11. Additional Financial Report Customization

    Would be nice if we can add additional reports to the financial publish report packages, also would be great if we can do a 3 month comparison rather than just 2

  12. Download internal comments

    I'd like to be able to download internal comments to a PDF or Excel. This would allow me to keep track of how many "review points" my team member has in a given time period. If you have another way for us to track accuracy by team member, I'd love to hear it!

  13. KPI creation

    With the KPI cards, it would be nice to be able to create a KPI formula page. So one page, different titles for each section, different formula for each section For instance: (Revenue - COGS)/Revenue Net income/revenue Labor Costs/revenue Etc. All on one page.

  14. GST/HST column for transaction questions

    In order for Canadians to serve clients effectively and efficiently when we ask clients transaction questions we need to be able to change sales tax as needed. This will also need to part of your receipt module if you want any Canadians to sign up. For us sales tax management is deal breaker.

  15. Highlight on clickable field or requested field on Client portal

    The issue is that sometimes the client gets confused about which field they need to update, especially when coding for Sales Receipts. We've received many tickets from the team saying they can't choose the account for a Sales Receipt, but in reality, they need to select the product/service. It would be helpful if you could highlight the clickable field that the client needs to choose. For example, when we ask the client for the account and class, the system should highlight the Account and Class fields for Deposits and Expenses, and highlight the Product/Service field for Sales Receipts.
