  1. Color the field that requires clients feedback

    Hi guys, It seems that lots of my clients don't actually READ the question I pose, and always think that I am asking for support docs. Would it be possible at all, that when I ask them to update the Customer, or the Class etc, that a coloured box appears around the dropdown for the information I am requesting? Something like this: This would also be really great when there are transactions where I need a lot of info - frequently I need the account, the customer, the class, and the support documentation. If each of these could be highlighted in a different colour, at least they would see all of the spots that I need them to fill in the blanks! Is anything like this possible?

  2. Download internal comments

    I'd like to be able to download internal comments to a PDF or Excel. This would allow me to keep track of how many "review points" my team member has in a given time period. If you have another way for us to track accuracy by team member, I'd love to hear it!

  3. Close Overview

    We need an Overview screen that shows us all clients' monthly close statuses for the year. We are having to do this manually. Xenett's Client List screen is not sufficient.

  5. Allow questions to be grouped and arranged

    I am creating question templates, but I'd like to be able to create question groupings as well as arrange the order the questions are posted to the client. Groupings could be like "Onboarding questions", "Recurring Questions", and whatever other grouping names I'd like. This would be a similar format to creating a project where I can arrange the order of my sections and tasks but this would apply to how I create questions that are posted to my clients.

  6. A/P & A/P Warnings on AI Review

    It would be good to have a warning for A/R and A/P saying billing or invoice over 30 days, 60 day and 90 days overdue. This way we can bring it to the attention of our clients.

  8. Bulk Apply & Resolve

    When in the Client (Responded) Transactional Questions within the portal, if going to change the Name or Account, you can't apply and resolve. For example, we put some transactions to Waiting on Client so that we can ask things like "What is the purpose of this transaction," or "What is the name of this vendor/client"? Let's say I grab multiple to change the account to personal, and then just press resolve, it'll all go back to uncategorized entries in the project. Being able to "apply & resolve" would be extremely helpful and time saving. Also it would be super helpful to be able to bulk grab transactions from one button, not individually clicking each one like we do now. As stated we use the same type question for most transactions to keep it similar and not confusing for us or the client, but that groups our transactions depending on what question were asked (screenshot attached). With that being said, there's only a single bulk grab option (right next to Date/Type), but that selects every single transaction, no matter the question group. Often a certain group of questions will all be categorized to the same account, so being able to select per group would be nice.

  9. Better Time Tracking

    Ability to track admin time, to pause time, management of time (I.e. lock time periods, approve time, and etc.) Personal timer always able to be seen like next to the comments or new button. Easily able to see personal time for the day. Only Admin able to see all time while staff can only see their own time.

  10. Allow client user to leave transaction and report- level comments/questions

    I see that the client can see transaction details when viewing their financial report, however it doesn't look like they can leave comments or ask a question about what they are viewing. They would need to export the data and then upload it to Xenett to ask their question. This seems like unnecessary steps.

  11. A place where I can see the status of all client questions

    Perhaps on my home dashboard, a module where I can see all my client questions and their status to be able to mark them resolved without going to each client's dashboard. Alternatively, if a client has responded to a question- do not send them the open items email for the same question/task.

  12. Create Client Tasks from Emails

    We need to be able to create tasks from emails. When a client emails asking for something to be done, instead of manually creating that in Xenett, we want to auto create the task from the email.

  13. Balance sheet/ P&L Hoovering bubbles with comments

    I think it would be nice if you could make a small forever comment on the Balance sheet or p&l. FOr an example if march is high due to client buying extra supplies for something we could make a small comment that stays on that month and we would just hover on the amount for that month and line and it would appear there.

  14. P&L by Month - Prior Months order

    The new PL features doesn’t allow us to show prior months in ascending order, can we PLEASE have this option? It’s available in the review financial section.

  15. Custom Client Notifications

    We are finally moving all of our clients over to the portal after setting up the month-end close process. One thing that we are trying to work around is notification settings. We want a way to set up more instant notifications for client questions submitted or responses that may come through, but we also want to differentiate between accountant questions and client questions for those notification settings. Are push notifications also going to be a thing at some point?
