Hi, can we be able to set due dates based on business day instead of having to set an actual date. Example; we close client books by the 10th business day which the actual day of the month is different each month. If that's not possible, it would be helpful to be able to update the due dates for all clients at once.

We need the ability to manage notifications for the client portal by role... Client Manager, Reviewer, Preparer. Many of us here need access to all clients, but may only need notifications on certain clients. Setting them by role would be ideal.

It's super helpful to have the comments bubble show open internal comments. I would like to also have something similar for Client Questions. I get the email when things are answered or asked but when I come back into Xenett, there is no "reminder" (like with internal comments). Also, if we could see the number of Open Questions for Client and Open Requests by Client, like the screenshot I've attached.

Have recurring questions that need to be updated with amounts, dates or some other variable. The recurring questions have placeholders (eg. $X,XXX) and we need a chance to update these recurring questions before they reach the client. The ask is when Xenett auto creates the recurring questions, to save it as draft.

Anyone who manages receipts for clients would benefit rather than having to use hubdoc or a similar service. If the clients could easily upload them into their portal, they could be stored in a receipt folder where we could add tags to them and attach them to a corresponding expense.

At present, the client's comments can be added to the transaction memo directly in QuickBooks individually but the option to add them in bulk will be great.

Add a section on the client Dashboard where you can store additional information about the client for easy access i.e. contact information, business number, due dates, links, notes, etc. that you need to refer to regularly while working on the client.

Many times, clients require a transaction total to be split across a couple of accounts and classes, and right now can only use comments to indicate that. Having the split option available would make their process more efficient and accurate, and increase their satisfaction with the Portal.

I would like to suggest to have a Review of the Trial balance - balance sheet accounts to make sure it matches with the supporting docs. e.g. Cash in bank will match the reconciliation report or AR should match the subsidiary ledger etc.
