Submit IdeaP&L by Month in a published Performance Report
Hello, I would like to be able to give my client access to the reports that I see in the Client Dashboard, especially the "Profit & Loss Snapshot". This would be helpful for illustrating trends in income and expenses for the past 6-12 months. "Business Snapshot" shows them something but not P&L by month. Thank you.

View Client List First instead of Dashboard
Before one of the most recent updates, we were able to view the client list immediately after logging in. It was so nice to have that information readily available without having to click around. I personally liked how I could click on the Xenett icon and would be taken to the client list. This allowed me to prioritize which clients to work on (which clients have responded and/or had requests). That information isn't available from the client drop down list. But now we have to go to the dashboard, then click client list, in order to view all of that information. It just added an extra step. Maybe there is a way for users to chose default view settings that allow if they want to see the dashboard first or the client list first.

Allow BS accounts in prepaid schedule setup
Currently it only allows for P&L accounts. There are instances where we book a transaction to prepaid and once recognized it needs to hit a liability or clearing account.

Plugin Redirect
Hi. When I’m done using the Xenett plugin inside QuickBooks, I have to manually delete “?xt=” from the URL to get back to my normal QBO view. It’d be great if there were a simple “Return to QuickBooks” button or something similar. Hitting the back button in the browser doesn't work either. It’s a small thing, but it adds up when we’re jumping between clients all day. Right now, it's easier to not use the Plugin.

Due date based on business day
Hi, can we be able to set due dates based on business day instead of having to set an actual date. Example; we close client books by the 10th business day which the actual day of the month is different each month. If that's not possible, it would be helpful to be able to update the due dates for all clients at once.

Archive Clients
It would be great to be able to Archive clients that we are no longer engaged with, so that we don't have to pay for them but at the least, all the communications and the To-do's are saved.

Create Tie Out WorkBook
Utilize the Review Checklist to build out a Tie Out Workbook. Balance Sheet followed by reference tabs for each line item with proof documents. Example - bank & credit card stmts, lease documents for security deposit receivable, fixed asset purchase docs, loan docs, etc. Basically each line item links to a subsequent tab with the relevant proof that ties out. Followed by P&L with related tabs and then General Ledger at the end. Also P&L by Class/Location, Stmt of Cash Flows, KPI Dashboard page. A living document that rolls each month to house all kinds of related information, documents, etc. Basically it's auditable and 100% ready for tax.

Email Integration for Task Management
Accountants frequently receive requests via email creating duplicate work to incorporate those requests into the task management portion of Xenett.

Desktop version for xenett with real-time pop up notifications
Sometimes email notifications have delay, We noticed that when someone messages us through the portal we won't get notified until 30 mins - 1 hr later. Also, there is no sound when notification comes through. Sometimes we open lots of windows that it's hard to find the xenett website. I suggest there is an option to download desktop app for windows/mac so we can easily pin the xenett app in the taskbar and will also have option to get notification with sound like a ding or something and there is also an option to mute it. It would also be helpful to see the number of notifications if notification is enabled in the desktop app something like slack, please see attached screenshot. Thanks!

Client Request List for Documents/Info.
Ability to create a list of documents/items needed from the client to complete the bookkeeping/reconciliation and send to the client's portal. This checklist would be good for documents such as bank statements or other various items needed to request on a recurring basis. It would be great if the feature could be in the form of a checklist and as documents are submitted, the item is marked as submitted/completed, on both the client portal and accountant portal. Also, it would be beneficial to have this feature with the option to set to recurring (monthly, quarterly, etc.). Also, once it is received by the accountant the ability to remove it from the portal for accountants who store documents in a different software or on their own servers.

Summary of All Comments
I'd like to be able to run a report of all comments, include which task / client the comment related to, who made the comment and when, who resolved the comment and the actual detail of the comment.

Client Portal Announcements
It would be really helpful if we had the option to have an announcement banner or section in the client portal. Out of Office notices, friendly reminders about important deadlines, etc. This would be extremely helpful as another way to manage client expectations. With this, we would be able to route clients directly to the portal for full collaboration, rather than relying on email, which is what we are trying to move away from. The goal is to have a single central location for client communication.
