  1. Allow questions to be grouped and arranged

    I am creating question templates, but I'd like to be able to create question groupings as well as arrange the order the questions are posted to the client. Groupings could be like "Onboarding questions", "Recurring Questions", and whatever other grouping names I'd like. This would be a similar format to creating a project where I can arrange the order of my sections and tasks but this would apply to how I create questions that are posted to my clients.

  2. Close Overview

    We need an Overview screen that shows us all clients' monthly close statuses for the year. We are having to do this manually. Xenett's Client List screen is not sufficient.

  3. Monthly Reports Video

    I would love to be able to embed a Loom or Vimeo video as an opening to the published reports. So title page, then video overview, then reports.

  4. Cash Flow / Planner

    Create a cash flow / planner that shows daily bank cash balance, upcoming daily expenses based on past history or input. The purpose is to see how much cash is needed to cover upcoming expenses, will there be enough cash or which day the cash will run out.

  5. GL Consistency Config at Firm level

    Hi Hardik Wanted to pass along a random idea I had as I am currently onboarding a new client. We spend a ton of time configuring vendors to GL accounts to make sure we have a solid foundation for future monthly close outs, this process has improved the quality immensely for our new client onboarding since we started using xenett. That being said, it does take a lot of time and many of the vendors are extremely common across clients. It would be cool if xenett could automatically suggest GL configurations based on where vendors are recorded for other clients. It would be useful too whenever new vendors appear.

  6. A place where I can see the status of all client questions

    Perhaps on my home dashboard, a module where I can see all my client questions and their status to be able to mark them resolved without going to each client's dashboard. Alternatively, if a client has responded to a question- do not send them the open items email for the same question/task.

  7. White Labeling - Color Picker

    It would be nice to have the option to set our brand colors in the color picker so we were able to access them faster.

  8. A/P & A/P Warnings on AI Review

    It would be good to have a warning for A/R and A/P saying billing or invoice over 30 days, 60 day and 90 days overdue. This way we can bring it to the attention of our clients.

  9. P&L by Month - Prior Months order

    The new PL features doesn’t allow us to show prior months in ascending order, can we PLEASE have this option? It’s available in the review financial section.

  10. Ask a question in A/P or A/R detailed line items

    AP and AR Aging are always areas we question so having the ability to send question on individual bills or invoices would be very helpful.

  11. Ability to send W9 request to vendors within "New Entities Review" task.

    I think the "New Entities Review" task/review point has the opportunity to be super valuable if we were able to send W-9 requests to vendors directly from there. It could be set up similar to the 1099 feature where it could include some of the elements like "email address", "have w9?", and "1099 applicable" as columns. Maybe this column setup only shows up if you've selected the "New Vendors" filter in that review point. It could also show the comments and client questions like the 1099 feature. At minimum, it would be nice if you were able to click on the vendor's name from within the New Entities Review task and be directed to the vendor list over on the 1099 feature so that you could send the w9 request there. The benefit of making these updates to the review point would be the ability to collect W-9s more frequently or as soon as a new vendor is added and would avoid scrambling to get them all at the end of the year.

  12. Escalation Process

    Sometimes we have issues that go on for more than one month, and just leaving comments in the normal review isn’t enough to keep track of them. I’d really like a way to escalate an item — this could be a task, a review point, a GL account, an entry, whatever. When we escalate something, it would: Let us tag specific people Let us add notes on what the issue is and why it’s being escalated I’m picturing a separate “Escalations” section on the client’s Dashboard where all these escalated items show up in one place for easy visibility. This would be outside of any one review cycle or project — these are things we need to keep an eye on and take action on between regular reviews. It would also be really helpful in client meetings: we could just open the Escalations area and quickly see all ongoing issues, open items, follow-ups, etc. Ideally, each escalation would still be linked to the original thing (task / review point / GL / whatever) so we can jump back and see the details. But in the regular review comments, I’d want the escalation part to be kind of minimized or collapsed so it doesn’t clutter everything up. That way, comments don’t stay open forever when really they should be “escalated” instead. The main thing I’m asking for is: A non-client-facing area on the Dashboard that lists all escalated items for that client, with links back to where they came from, so we can track bigger or longer-running issues more cleanly than just using comments forever.

  13. White Labeling- Client Portal inhancement

    It would be nice if this menu bar on the left side could match our brand colors. We want our clients to think this is our white labeled product just for them and to have colors vastly different than our brand colors veers away from that.

  14. Allow for client question on Aged Receivable Review

    I would like to be able to ask questions on the aged receivable & payable report so that I can keep everything organized and attached to the transaction instead of copying questions and emailing them to the client.

  15. Slack integration

    Rather than having to set up email notifications, a direct integration with Slack would be beautiful. It would be great if we could map each client to their channel. However, I would even be down for one Xenett channel where notifications could go there. For instance: Client answers or asks a question, instead of and email, Slack would get a notification: Company ABC answered 3 questions and 1 new request.
