Submit IdeaCalendar View for To-Do Items
In addition to the list, we'd like to be able to view a calendar view of the items and maybe able to drag them to different days right from there. Is that something Xenett could do?

Archive Clients
It would be great to be able to Archive clients that we are no longer engaged with, so that we don't have to pay for them but at the least, all the communications and the To-do's are saved.

Due date based on business day
Hi, can we be able to set due dates based on business day instead of having to set an actual date. Example; we close client books by the 10th business day which the actual day of the month is different each month. If that's not possible, it would be helpful to be able to update the due dates for all clients at once.

customer portal Close Results
Hi Xenett, We want for Xennett's "Financial Review" screen to be accessible by our clients in the client portal. During the month-end close process, we reconcile/substantiate each balance sheet account. Then we upload supporting documentation to every Balance Sheet account. Then we write notes to the client if applicable, about every Balance Sheet account. We want our client to see all of this. Every account balance, every uploaded supporting doc, every note. And we want them to be able to add their own comments. We do not need the other screens available on the client portal; we are just waiting until this functionality is available. We have a few trusted clients that we are inviting as an accountant user to log in like us just so that they can navigate to the "Financial Review" screen to access this info. We need this in the portal instead. We asked Hardick about this at Scaling New Heights and he said it is coming out by end of year. Can you please confirm? Thank you! Laura

Client Comments/Questions on Published Reports
I've had clients wanting to leave comments or questions on their published reports. In some instances, we may have coded transactions improperly, or in other cases, they just want to leave notes. I would say most of the time it would be to help us correct a mistake, but they currently have to exit the report and submit a question, trying to point us to what needs to be updated. It seems that if they can drill down to the transactions in their published reports, this could somehow be linked to their submitting a question. It would make the client experience more collaborative. Maybe some firms don't want this (and maybe some specific clients shouldn't have this ability!), but it could be a simple toggle to allow clients to leave notes.

Import trial balances for clients not in QBO
We would like to use the close feature for all of our clients which include some not in QBO. If we were able to upload a trial balance that would then refresh the GL balances, we can reconcile all of our balance sheet accounts in Xenett.

Changes to Possible Duplicate Entries review point
When you click on the Possible Duplicate Entries review point, it would make it easier to work with the transactions if you could do the following: Add a column that shows the GL account from which the transaction originated. Filter the transactions based on a date range. Sometimes there's so much data it would be helpful to break it down into smaller chunks.

Email Client Options
Ability to email only certain client users. During email reminders or sending emails to clients from questions, it would be helpful to only send emails to certain users. I.E. The owners don't want the additional notification and would want their office manager to handle questions, but we want the owner to receive monthly reports.

Clients could see the statements, reconciliations, custom reports via their client portal.

We have Controllers that we assign to the client manger now. However, it would be nice to assign our VPs as well.

Upgrade Financial Reports
There are a number of things I think you could do to greatly improve the financial reporting aspect of Xenett: Column and report headings should be at the top of every page.Print wide reports in Landscape. I created an income statement that shows 12 consecutive months, but it prints in Portrait. Because everything is compressed and smaller, it's harder to read and interpret.Either be able to use Custom Reports you've already created in QB, or be able to create your own through Xenett. I can't for example create any sales reports or any reports that don't conform to the standard P&L structure.Be able to create charts based on cash flow or customers or any other data field.Be able to insert any PDF document you've created outside Xenett.When writing text, be able to change fonts and fond sizes, add bold, italics, etc. Add numbering or bullets. Basically, I want to have at least some formatting controls you commonly find in MS Word.

Move the "Learn" button right
In the projects view, move the "Learn" button to the right. It's very annoying that almost every time I click on "Show Completed", the "learn" displays the links over "Show Completed".

Color the field that requires clients feedback
Hi guys, It seems that lots of my clients don't actually READ the question I pose, and always think that I am asking for support docs. Would it be possible at all, that when I ask them to update the Customer, or the Class etc, that a coloured box appears around the dropdown for the information I am requesting? Something like this: This would also be really great when there are transactions where I need a lot of info - frequently I need the account, the customer, the class, and the support documentation. If each of these could be highlighted in a different colour, at least they would see all of the spots that I need them to fill in the blanks! Is anything like this possible?

Receipt Management
Anyone who manages receipts for clients would benefit rather than having to use hubdoc or a similar service. If the clients could easily upload them into their portal, they could be stored in a receipt folder where we could add tags to them and attach them to a corresponding expense.

The ability for clients to split totals between accounts and classes
Many times, clients require a transaction total to be split across a couple of accounts and classes, and right now can only use comments to indicate that. Having the split option available would make their process more efficient and accurate, and increase their satisfaction with the Portal.
